- You tell us your budget and area
Send us what you are looking for and what you want to spend. We come back within a day with the properties that actually match, and we say so if nothing does.
- We film the property for you
Not a marketing video. One of our agents walks through every room, the compound and the street with a phone camera and sends it to you on WhatsApp. Want to see the kitchen again, or the road at night? We go back and film it.
- Our lawyer checks the papers before you pay
We run a title search at the Lagos State land registry and confirm the seller has the legal right to sell. You get the findings in writing, and you decide after reading them, not before.
- We stand in for you at handover
One of our people is physically there for the inspection and the handover. You get photographs and a written list of anything that needs fixing on the same day.
