Websites built for how Nigerians actually buy.

Each of these is a working concept, not a picture of a website. Open one and use it the way a customer would: filter the listings, swipe the galleries, pick a date, build a booking. Everything responds. The point of each build was to remove the back-and-forth that costs these businesses money.

A property house in Ikoyi and Banana Island selling to families, executives and diaspora buyers who cannot fly in to view.

What it solves

  • Visitors say what they need before they browse, so the portfolio filters itself by purpose and budget
  • Every enquiry reaches WhatsApp already naming the property, dates and deposit, instead of "hi"
  • A trust band answers the question Nigerian property buyers actually have: is this company real
  • Buying from abroad is explained step by step, because that is where the highest-value clients are

A one-chair studio in Lekki Phase 1 where every booking used to take six WhatsApp messages to arrange.

What it solves

  • Real slot picking against studio hours, with combined services correctly blocking out the time they need
  • Book several services in one sitting instead of arranging each appointment separately
  • The deposit is shown in naira beside every price, so nobody works out a percentage while deciding
  • The three questions every booking DM is really about are asked once, up front
